APPLICATION FORM BASED ON THE LAW ON THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA (“LPPD”)
In the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“PPD Law”), the real person data subjects (hereinafter referred to as the “Applicant”) whose personal data is processed are granted the right to make certain requests regarding the processing of their personal data in Article 11 of the PPD Law.
Pursuant to the first paragraph of Article 13 of the PPD Law, applications to our Company, Ankaref Innovation and Technology A.Ş., which is the data controller, regarding such rights must be submitted to us in writing or by other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board (“Board”).
In this context, applications to our Company “in writing” will be submitted to us:
- by personal application of the Applicant;
- through a notary; or
- by signing with the “secure electronic signature” defined in the Electronic Signature Law No. 5070 and sending it to the Company’s registered email address.
Below, information is provided on how written applications will be delivered to us for each written application channel. In addition, after the announcement of other methods to be determined by the Board, our Company will announce how the applications will be received through these methods.
Pursuant to paragraph 2 of Article 13 of the PPD Law, your applications submitted to us will be responded within thirty days from the date of receipt of your request, depending on the nature of the request. Our responses will be delivered to you in writing or electronically in accordance with the provision of Article 13 of the relevant PPD Law.
